It has come to this

Since Mimi has come clean about Cabana's guilty pleasure I figured it was my turn to be honest with my blogger friends. One of the joys of getting your flunkee back from ______ (enter your school's name here) is that our loved ones, get to live the life we all wished we could have given them while they were PIT. Sleeping on the bed/sofa, carrot and peanut butter snacks, the freedom to do what she likes, I like to indulge my sweet pumpkin.

Oh I had the best on intentions, I wanted to keep her to healthy snacks, no table food, no hand feeding. WELL.... you see.....ummm...you know she is so cute, and yogurt is good for her..... did I mention that she has wicked Jedi Mind Powers
(hanging my head in shame....)
Ok it really isn't too bad. Her snacks are limited to carrots, liver snacks, and the occasional empty yogurt cup.
Still no table scraps mainly because being a silly labbie, she will be in my lap eating from my plate if I didn't draw the line some place. But since Mimi came clean I figured I'd better fess up.

Waffle enjoying her snack - no worries it was empty and calcium is good for her

"mmmm peach, can you get strawberry next time?"

HA HA - so cute. It is so true though... it's like our PR outlet to let our CC pets do those things we can't let our PIT's do. Like we are both getting it out of our system! Looks like Waffle enjoyed her little special treat!

I'm glad I'm not alone. Paris often gets to clean out my yogurt cup when I am done with it. She loves it!

Shamie on you (finger wag wag)!! Actually, I'd hardly say I "came clean", lots more dirty secrets where that came from. But glad to see "it has come to this" for many of us!

I had dreams about Freya coming home and sleeping on my bed and all that. And I eat a spoonful of peanut butter everyday and I told her that if she came home that everyday I would leave her a little bit left on the spoon and she could have it. Apparently working life had a stronger pull than my left over PB. But now I'm having the same dreams about Rocco.
